It will contrast a Technical Audit with a Reserve Fund Study, highlighting differences in purpose and content; discuss the importance of this type of report from a common property warranty standpoint; and will highlight impending government legislation involving new home warranty and its possible influence on Technical Audit reporting in the industry.
