As a Professional / Business Member, we encourage you to contribute an article or advertisement to the newsletter.

ADVERTISEMENT SUBMISSIONS:

Did you know CCI South Alberta only accepts advertisements exclusively from our members?

Showcase your products and services to owners, board of directors, and property managers in Calgary and surrounding areas!  The CCI Review is one of the many benefits enjoyed by ALL members of the Canadian Condominium Institute, South Alberta Chapter and interested persons - it is directly emailed to them!

Newsletters are maintained on our webpage for people looking for resource information to read – this is an extra means for members and non-members to see your advertisement!

To submit an advertisement for our upcoming newsletter, click the image on the right or the button below and complete the Advertising Form. Contact our administrator (admin@ccisouthalberta.com) with any questions. 

PLEASE NOTE: When submitting the form via email include:

• The name and email of the CCI Representative
• Who should we contact with graphics-related questions
• Contact information on where payment information (invoices/receipts) are to be directed
• The name of the person submitting the form
   

The form provides:

• Acceptable advertising sizes/dimensions
• Deadline dates
• All Production Requirements (resolutions, file formats etc.)

• You may email the form with the graphics attached or if the file is too large - contact the administrator (admin@ccisouthalberta.com)

ARTICLE SUBMISSIONS:

Share your thoughts and insights into the condominium industry. If you have written an article, would like to write an article or have seen an article of interest to the condominium industry in another relevant publication that can be shared, with permission to reprint, with other members we want to hear from YOU.

Please note the following article parameters:

• Relevant to the condominium industry
• MUST be sent in Microsoft Word
• Include the Author’s full name and permission to (re)print
• Author’s photo (high-resolution jpeg AND png). This may not be used and is based on available space in the newsletter.
• Company logo (high-resolution jpeg AND png). This may not be used and is based on available space in the newsletter.
• CCISAC reserves the ability to edit submission (length/ content/ use of graphics); we will make reasonable efforts to advise.
• "Ad-icles"/ "Advertorials" are not accepted (if you are “featuring” your product, services or name within, we encourage purchasing an advertisement)
• Length of article: between 250 – 1200 words (approximately, space dependant)

Please email the article to admin@ccisouthalberta.com. Please include:

• a high-res (min 300dpi) headshot of the author in jpeg AND png
• authors, full name, title
• company name
• the document MUST be in WORD format
• (if needed) provide any photos/images/ tables relevant to the article including directions on the best placement are to be submitted in jpeg AND png.
