Presentation Overview: Handling requests for accommodations are no easy task. Knowing what information is necessary and what you can request can sometimes be difficult to understand. Balancing your obligations and rights can sometimes be tricky. Sonja will explain how how to handle requests for accommodation to ensure that your condo is meeting their procedural and substantive obligations. She will also discuss the type of information those that make requests for accommodation should expect to provide and the type of information you are entitled to ask for.
