Deadline for Conditionally Licensed Condominium Managers is Nov 30, 2022
DEADLINE REMINDER is NOVEMBER 30, 2022
The deadline for conditionally licensed condominium managers to be enrolled in the courses is impending. If individuals have not already enrolled in the required courses you must do so by November 30, 2022, to be eligible for the September 30, 2023 extension to completion.
IMPORTANT: those who have not enrolled in their course(s) by November 30, 2022, may have their conditional license suspended on Dec 1, 2022.
Associate and broker licensees can become eligible and have the extension automatically granted if they have completed or are registered in all their required course(s) with a third-party course provider prior to the original deadline of November 30, 2022.
