CONDOMINIUM MANAGEMENT 101 COURSE – WHY YOU NEED TO TAKE THIS COURSE

CCI South Alberta Chapter introduced the Condominium Management 101 Course in early 2013. Since then, nearly 300 people have attended the course. We are proud to report incredible feedback at each of the courses.

In Spring 2016, we branched out to other areas of South Alberta including Lethbridge and Medicine Hat. Over 60 people took advantage of this out of town offering. This fact solidified our opinion that all of South Alberta needs this educational avenue.

So what is the CM 101 Course?

The Canadian Condominium Institute, South Alberta Chapter 101 Condominium Course is a 3.5 hour session designed to introduce and educate on board governance, board meetings and running an AGM.
