CCI South Alberta & CCI North Alberta Chapters' are working with a partner and have applied to the Real Estate Council of Alberta to be a third-party course provider for the mandated property management licensing. 

Our partnership group will be putting in an application for approval to offer the courses "Fundamentals of Condominium Management", "The Practice of Condominium Management", and "Condominium Management Broker Program." We will have more to share after that application has been reviewed by RECA. 

Your CCI Alberta Chapters' intend to have a reasonable timeframe for the course duration, be ready to go as soon as approval is granted by RECA and provide the courses at a competitive price. We know how important getting the courses rolled out to you is. CCI understands the critical impact of being licensed to perform services that require a licence under the Real Estate Act is.
